Once set up, we sync your catalog continuously so it’s always up to date. To know your customer, Voicefront offers auto-tracking of basic events on your website like page views, product views, etc. You can use manual tracking through Google Tag Manager or other tools to enrich the experience and achieve incredible personalization and results.

Voicefront integrates with Shopify. Your shop’s catalog is fully integrated and you will have access to in-depth analytics for insights on how to optimize your conversation through the chatbot. It takes 20 minutes to integrate Shopify.

Is your chatbot a bot or a person?

Can my customers get to a human? How does human-handoff work?

Yes, it’s easy! Our solution integrates with Gorgias or email. When a customer asks for support, your assistant will send an email with the inquiry or create a ticket in Gorgias. With Gorgias, you can even reply immediately and the assistant will deliver your answers live directly to your customer.
